Yoshan Murugesh
About
Yoshan Murugesh is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley majoring in Economics. He has a strong interest in education, entrepreneurship, and using data to solve real-world problems. Yoshan has extensive experience tutoring students in SAT preparation, AP Statistics, and other AP-level coursework, and enjoys helping students build confidence alongside strong academic skills.
He is also the co-founder of Future Scholars, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to educational resources in underserved communities. Through both tutoring and nonprofit work, Yoshan focuses on making learning more approachable, practical, and accessible.
Outside of academics, Yoshan enjoys playing tennis with his twin brother, working on creative side projects, and building digital tools for educational and business use. He’s excited to connect with students and help them reach their goals.
